1. What made you decide to be a teacher/work in education?

I decided to become a teacher because of the love I have for children.

2. Where did you graduate from/what has brought you to this point?

I graduated from Grand Valley State University in Michigan in 2005 . I moved to Colorado in the summer of 2006 after I took the job as the Gypsum Elementary Preschool Director. I have always loved the outdoors and mountains and thought this would be a great opportunity.

3. How many years have you been teaching/working in education?

This is my first year teaching.

4. What do you like most about teaching/working in education?

The thing I like the most about teaching is seeing the students excitement when they learn a new skill.
